As PMWarehouse is a corporate and government supplier of office supplies and consumables our site has been designed specifically for those clients. However everyone is welcome to use our site and place orders online however we do ask that all orders meet our $50.00 minimum order value.

If you would like to receive the extra benefits & discounts (where applicable) by registering as a regular user please feel free to send us your details (eg; business name, contact name and business details) and we can set up your unique user name and password. (Application form is available under Forms menu). You do not need to register first as a user to place an order.

** Our standard delivery charge is $6.00 to all South Australia metropolitan suburb's. Delivery charge to SA country and interstate customers is $15.00 however it may vary depending on size of consignment and exact location.
(Some rural area's cost more so freight charges in addition to the $15.00 will always be confirmed BEFORE any goods are dispatched)

We are happy to send goods overnight (where stock is available) via Australia Post to PO Boxes or street addresses however the maximum weight including packaging must not exceed 3kg (refer to www.australiapost.com for delivery guidelines, all goods are now registered). Goods exceeding 3kg but under 20kg will be shipped via our regular courier service and therefore can only be sent to a street address where a signature must be obtained.
It is recommended that you use your work address where possible to ensure your signature is recorded at all times - no goods will be left unattended at private homes unless requested which then becomes the 'customers' responsibility should there be ANY problems.

** Delivery regarding heavy (over 20kg) or oversized parcels

Goods that are over 20kg in total weight or considered over sized will be subject to additional charges. You will be notified and must approve the charges before goods are dispatched.

Some heavy products (eg; cartons of copy paper, rolls or labels) we DO NOT ship to interstate addresses due to the cost of couriers or postage. We do apologise for any inconvenience but I am sure you can appreciate the difficulties in shipping heavy items around the country.

** A $50 minimum applies to all orders, online or telephone excluding delivery charges.
